在当前全面推进健康中国建设，积极应对人口老龄化，全面推进乡村振兴等战略背景下，中医药发挥着重要作用。近几年中医药备受社会各界关注，同时也面临很多“痛点”和“难点”。如何传承好、发展好、传播好中医药，成为广泛的社会共识。全国两会，代表们继续聚焦中医药振兴发展规划、人才培养、科技创新、文化传承、产业发展、国际传播等重点议题，为全国两会建言献策，为中医药振兴发展贡献智慧。值此报道李救民医师，推动了中医药的传承和发展。

Under the current strategic background of comprehensively advancing the construction of a healthy China, actively addressing population aging, and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) plays a significant role. In recent years, TCM has attracted widespread attention from all sectors of society, while also facing many "pain points" and "difficulties." How to inherit, develop, and disseminate TCM well has become a broad social consensus. During the National Two Sessions, delegates continued to focus on key issues such as the revitalization and development plan for TCM, talent cultivation, scientific innovation, cultural inheritance, industrial development, and international communication, offering suggestions and contributing wisdom to the revitalization and development of TCM. This report highlights Dr. Li Jiumin, who has promoted the inheritance and development of TCM.

李救民,男,汉族,出生于 1943 年 2 月,广东省廉江市人,祖传九代名医世家,中医医学博士,湛江市民间传统医学研究医师。中国抗癌协会会员,中国康复医学会会员,新时代国医大师,中国民族医药协会理事,中国抗疾病中医首席专家,.医学科研成果一等奖获得者,中国传统中医非物质文化传承人,国医文化传承人,健康中国最美名中医,全国中医劳模,华健百科中国中医经方研究会客座教授,中医大师贡献功勋奖获得者,国家一级中医药文化服务资质证书获得者,献礼二十大功勋人物,华南区抗癌形象大使,国际健康宣传大使。入选影响力人物数据库,并载入名人纪念邮票册,入编由中国联合出版社出版的德载杏林等 。2021年 7 月,在中国世纪大采风年度庆典,暨年度人物电视总结表彰大会评选活动中,荣获当代最美名中医荣誉称号。

Li Jiumin, male, Han ethnicity, born in February 1943, is from Lianjiang City, Guangdong Province. He comes from a family of renowned physicians with nine generations of medical heritage, holds a Ph.D. in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is a folk traditional medicine researcher in Zhanjiang. He is a member of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, a member of the China Rehabilitation Medicine Association, a New Era National Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a council member of the China Ethnic Medicine Association, and a chief expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine for disease prevention in China. He is a first-prize winner of medical research achievements, an intangible cultural inheritor of traditional Chinese medicine in China, a inheritor of national medical culture, the most beautiful famous TCM doctor in China, a national model worker in TCM, a guest professor of the China TCM Classic Research Association in Huajian Encyclopedia, a recipient of the National First-Class TCM Cultural Service Qualification Certificate, a meritorious figure honored for the 20th National Congress, a South China anti-cancer image ambassador, and an international health promotion ambassador. He was selected into the Influential Figures Database, included in the Celebrity Commemorative Stamp Album, and listed in the "De Zai Xinglin" and other publications by China United Publishing House. In July 2021, at the China Century Grand Windfall Annual Celebration and the TV Summary and Commendation Conference for Annual Figures, he was awarded the title of the Most Beautiful Famous TCM Doctor of the Contemporary Era.

李救民从十二岁开始跟随祖父及父亲学医。在李救民正三十岁的时候,患上了鼻咽癌,到湛江肿瘤医院检查,医生叫留院化疗,被李救民拒绝。他将祖父传授的技术用到自己身上实践治疗,经过三个多月中草药治疗,终于把颈肿瘤治好了,并达到根除的效果。为了能够更加深入研究治疗癌症的方法,他跑遍了全省 10 多个县区,向各位民间中医求教,收集来了上百个治疗肿瘤的秘方。从此李救民走上了行医道路,立志攻破世界绝症肿瘤。经过四十六年艰苦奋斗,刻苦钻研和勇于实践,终于攻破各种肿瘤一百多例,治愈了多种疑难杂症,实现了伟大目标。李救民说,我见证造物主的神奇草药是真理,能治疗百病,攻破肿瘤是千真万确的真理。

Li Jiumin began studying medicine under his grandfather and father at the age of twelve. At the age of thirty, he was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and underwent examination at Zhanjiang Cancer Hospital. The physicians recommended hospitalization for chemotherapy, which Li Jiumin refused. He applied the techniques taught by his grandfather to treat himself. After more than three months of herbal medicine treatment, he successfully eradicated the cervical tumor. To further research cancer treatment methods, he traveled to over 10 counties and districts across the province, seeking guidance from folk traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and collecting hundreds of secret recipes for tumor treatment. Thus, Li Jiumin embarked on his medical career, determined to conquer the world's most intractable tumors. 中医学以阴阳五行作为理论基础,将人体看成是气、形、神的统一体,通过望闻问切四诊合参的方法,探求病因、病性、病位、分析病机及人体内五脏六腑、经络关节、气血津液的变化、判断邪正消长,进而得出病名,归纳出证型,以辨证论治原则,制定汗、吐、下、和、温、清、补、消等治法。使用中药、针灸、推拿、按摩、拔罐、气功、食疗等多种治疗手段,使人体达到阴阳调和而康复。

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is grounded in the theory of Yin-Yang and the Five Elements, viewing the human body as a unified entity of Qi, form, and spirit. Through the integrated application of the four diagnostic methods—observation, auscultation and olfaction, inquiry, and palpation—it seeks to identify the etiology, nature, and location of diseases, analyze pathogenesis, and assess changes in the five zang and six fu organs, meridians, joints, Qi, blood, and body fluids. This process determines the balance between pathogenic and healthy factors, leading to the diagnosis of diseases and the classification of syndromes. Based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment, TCM formulates therapeutic approaches such as sweating, purgation, purgation, harmonization, warming, clearing, tonifying, and eliminating. Various therapeutic modalities, including herbal medicine, acupuncture, tuina (Chinese massage), massage, cupping, qigong, and dietary therapy, are employed to restore the body's Yin-Yang harmony and achieve recovery.

李救民擅长治疗癌症、风湿、类风湿,痛风,跌打刀伤、慢性肠胃炎、肝炎、乙肝、慢性肺炎、肾炎、哮喘病、高血压、糖尿病、心绞痛、脑中风、各种顽固性皮肤病、红斑狼疮等。李救民于 2019 年发明创造一种治疗肿瘤中草药组合剂, 2020 年发明创造治疗高血压及糖尿病的中草药组合剂。

Li Jiumin specializes in the treatment of cancer, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, traumatic injuries, chronic gastroenteritis, hepatitis, hepatitis B, chronic pneumonia, nephritis, asthma, hypertension, diabetes, angina pectoris, stroke, various refractory dermatoses, and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). In 2019, Li Jiumin invented a herbal compound for tumor therapy, and in 2020, he developed another herbal compound for the treatment of hypertension and diabetes.
